Get Your Health On Purpose Progress Tracker

We often seek motivation to move towards better health.  We just know that when the motivation strikes that it'll be the key to finally getting ourselves on track.

However, motivation stems from seeing small wins.  The more wins you see, the more motivated you become.  And small wins come from taking measured action!

The scale is one of the worst ways to measure health.  It's up and down every day -- not exactly motivating.

So I've created the Health On Purpose Progress Tracker that will help you assess your progress each month and guide you towards the things that will make the biggest impact to your progress on this journey.

1 cup date or coconut sugar  1/2 cup water  3 1/2 cups quinoa flour  2 tsp. baking soda  1 tsp. sea salt  1/3 cup chia seeds or ground flax seeds  1/3 cup chopped walnuts  1 tsp. nutmeg  1 drop doTERRA cinnamon oil  1 drop doTERRA clove oil  1 drop doTERRA ginger oil  Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease and flour 2 loaf pans with coconut oil or butter.
In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil or butter, water and sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together the quinoa flour, baking soda, sea salt, and nutmeg. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture, just until blended.   Add the doTERRA oils and stir to combine. Bake for about an hour  in the preheated oven. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
