When FM joined Content by Design, she had already created a ton of content—blog posts, social media updates, even several courses. But nothing was landing. She felt like she was spinning her wheels and questioning everything: her message, her niche, even her value.

FM was using spiritual and Human Design jargon in her content, hoping people would “get it.” But her audience didn’t. They were confused. Her message wasn’t converting because it wasn’t clear.
The Mental Projector Layer: Clarity Is Everything
FM is also a Mental Projector, which adds a new level of complexity to her content strategy. With only three defined centers—all above the throat—she’s here to offer perspective, guidance, and wisdom. But only when invited.
Here’s the nuance most Projectors miss: if someone follows you, signs up for your emails, or listens to your podcast, you’ve already been invited. You don’t have to wait for someone to send you a hand-engraved invitation. You just have to assume the invitation and show up.
FM had spent months waiting for people to ask, when in reality, they already had.
Once she understood that? The shift was immediate.
How FM Leveraged Her Human Design in Her Messaging:

Channel 43/23 – Genius to Freak
This channel means she sees things others don’t. She connects dots others miss. The problem? If she doesn’t explain her insights clearly, her audience tunes out. When she embraced this superpower and simplified her delivery, everything changed. When she learned to trust the insights when they came, and be in the moment with them, the game changed.
Undefined Centres are for Attracting Sales
FM has six undefined centres, which means she absorbs and amplifies a lot of energy. This often leads to overthinking and self-doubt. We worked on protecting her energy and building simple systems so that content didn’t drain her. Then we tapped into the superpowers in these centres to draw people to her through her sales messaging.

FM needed help recognizing her natural genius. And once she had it, the key was to build relationships with people who could open doors for her. Second-line Projectors thrive when they’re recognized for their natural gifts and plugged into the right communities so we knew that had to be part of our strategy. FM didn’t need a new brand or a fancy rebrand. She needed to speak plainly, own her value, and trust her voice.

1. She Simplified Her Language
She swapped complex spiritual phrases for clear, grounded words that her audience understood. She focused less on what she “knew” and more on the transformation her clients actually experienced. She spoke in such clear terms, an 8 year old could understand her.

She stopped trying to be like other Human Design coaches and started leading from her zone of genius. She let her perspective, her way of seeing the world, be the reason people wanted to work
with her. She owned her own genius - which is super important as a second line profile in Human Design.
3. She Created Content from Her Strengths
Instead of writing generic posts, she built content around her strongest gates and channels. Gate 64, which removes confusion for others, became her content cornerstone. She leaned into teaching what came naturally to her and started attracting the exact opportunities she wanted.
